 (All salads are served with a roll and butter, and either a chocolate chip cookie or a double chocolate brownie)

Caesar Salad~ Crisp romaine lettuce with grilled chicken or salmon,
shaved parmesan and homemade croutons
 with  zesty Caesar dressing 

Ahi Tuna Salad~  Black pepper and sesame  crusted Ahi tuna steak with baby greens, hard boiled egg, sliced red onion, and tomato with  Sherry vinaigrette 

Greek Salad~ Baby spinach with vine ripe tomatoes,
kalamata olives, cucumber, red onion, artichoke hearts,
and feta cheese with  oregano vinaigrette 

Asian Noodle Salad~ Asian noodles with choice of
grilled pork or chicken, broccoli, bell peppers, green onions,
bean sprouts, and peanuts with  ginger soy vinaigrette

Taco Salad~ Ground turkey or beef with black beans, romaine lettuce, sour cream, fresh pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, black olives, green onions, and avocado  in a fresh flour tortilla bowl
 with  creamy chipotle dressing 

Chinese Chicken Salad~ Assorted cabbage, leaf lettuce,
shredded carrots, green onions, won ton strips, sesame seeds,
sliced almonds, and chicken
with a sesame soy vinaigrette 

Blackened Pork Salad~ Grilled pork tenderloin medallions over leaf lettuce with caramelized onions, seasonal fruit,
and candied pecans with a citrus vinaigrette 

Tri-Tip Salad~ Grilled tri-tip layered with vine ripe tomatoes,
red onions, blue cheese crumbles, and toasted pine nuts
over a bed of Arugula and baby greens
with a balsamic vinaigrette 

Boxed Sandwiches

Sandwiches
(All sandwiches are served with a side salad of either
baby greens with a balsamic vinaigrette, potato salad,
or fresh fruit.  Other accompaniments are a barrel pickle,
and either a chocolate chip cookie
or a double chocolate brownie.)

Oven roasted turkey sandwich~ on San Francisco sourdough bread drizzled with pesto aioli, provolone cheese and baby greens 

Chicken salad sandwich~ on a fresh baked croissant with a curried mayonnaise, red onion, celery, grapes, pecans, and baby greens 

Slow roasted beef sandwich~ on a Dutch crunch roll with sharp cheddar cheese, horseradish mayonnaise, romaine lettuce,
and vine ripe tomato 

Black forest ham sandwich~ on marble rye bread with honey mustard, baby Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato 

Grilled Salmon blt~ on rosemary foccacia bread with a basil aioli, grilled salmon, tomato, baby greens and thick sliced bacon

Grilled portobello mushroom sandwich~ on a ciabatta roll with a roasted red pepper aioli, Arugula, and grilled red onions  

Albacore Tuna Salad Sandwich~on Whole grain wheat with celery, red onions and mayonnaise with fresh tomatoes, sprouts and lettuce

Blackened Pork Tenderloin Sandwich~on rosemary focaccia bread with cranberry chutney, baby greens, and mayonnaise

All boxed lunches include plastic utensils and paper napkins.
